HueRoll (the “Site”) respects your privacy and handles information processed through the Site in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information We Handle

The Site may handle the following information:

  • Access information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and access date and time

  • Color codes saved to My Palette

Contact Form

Please use the Contact page for all inquiries. The Site does not publish an email address or provide another public contact method. Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you when necessary. Unless required by law, we do not use this information for any unrelated purpose without your consent.

We retain information related to inquiries only for as long as necessary to respond, verify records, resolve disputes, or pursue another legitimate purpose. Information that is no longer needed is deleted using an appropriate method.

Cookie Used by My Palette

My Palette uses a cookie named “hueroll_mypallet” to display your saved colors again in the same browser. This cookie stores HEX color codes for up to 64 colors. It does not store your name, email address, or other information that directly identifies you.

The maximum storage period is 400 days. If a saved palette is successfully loaded or a new color is saved, the storage period is renewed from that time. The HueRoll plugin does not store saved colors in the WordPress database and has no feature that sends them to external services. As part of normal browser behavior, the cookie may be included in requests to this Site.

You can delete this cookie by clearing My Palette or changing your browser settings. If cookies are disabled, you can still view and compare colors, but you cannot save colors to My Palette.

Access Logs and Security

The Site’s server and security features may record information such as IP addresses, access dates and times, pages viewed, and browser information to provide the Site, investigate failures, and prevent unauthorized access or spam. This information is not used primarily to identify individuals.

Google Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, access dates and times, usage environment, and IP addresses, which Google processes.

We take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction of information handled by the Site.

To request access to, correction, restriction, or deletion of your personal data held by the Site, please contact us through the Contact page. We may verify your identity before responding in accordance with applicable law.
